She has recently achieved a QCF Level 4 qualification in Management and Leadership Skills, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional development and the continual enhancement of her leadership and administrative capabilities within the recovery sector.

Linda consistently demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is recognised for her compassionate, person-centred approach. She remains committed to delivering the highest standards of care, dignity, professionalism, and respect in all aspects of her role, ensuring that individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Prior to joining the Substance Misuse field, Linda built extensive experience within the education sector, where she worked for many years as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant working alongside Teachers delivering educational lessons. Her background in education has provided her with strong organisational, communication, and support skills, which continue to positively influence her work within recovery services.
