We sit on the London commuter belt – 30 minutes by train from Liverpool Street, an hour by car on the A12, and 25 minutes from London Stansted Airport. The enhanced unit allows us to take on more clinically complex detox cases than many private rehabs in the region.

Once detox is complete, the focus shifts to recovery. The Chelmsford programme is built on the 12-step model and supported by evidence-based therapies including CBT and DBT, plus one-to-one counselling with an assigned therapist, group therapy, art therapy, meditation and yoga.
