PCP has come to the rescue again! After struggling with a relapse, Andy was very quick to respond and get me back into treatment. With exceptional support from the counsellors and team I have managed to successfully complete another two months of treatment and therapy. I cannot quite explain the appreciation and gratitude I have for Andy, Chris & the team at PCP; they always go above and beyond to ensure I am sober and get me back up when I’m at my lowest. When I truly believed I had hit rock bottom they picked me up and gave me the tools I needed to survive my addiction and I will be forever grateful. Thank you PCP

In a nut shell this place has changed my life forever. I was a broken man when i came here. I lost the trust of my family and friends and i was slowly losing all contact with my daughter. I came here for one month but stayed for three and it was the best decision i have ever made. Andy, chris and team turned my life around. I was a alcoholic who was losing the will to live i was in complete denile with my addiction. Today after three months at P.CP i am a new man. I have the love of my family who have seen the change in me. Trust has begun to grow towards me which i never thought was possible. My daughter is back in my life and she has her daddy back. Where should I start? I have been in this rehab for 3 months and came in virtually on my knees! I have been cared for and educated by all the wonderful staff here during this time. Andy and Chris are really understanding and knowledgeable mentors. To anyone needing help, I would highly recommend PCP - these guys are amazing and I have met some beautiful, kind, caring people. I have got my mojo back 🫶 I really cannot thank them enough.

It is truly amazing the work that is done at PCP , I can only sum it up as a miracle in my mind. When I was told by my key worker I was coming to PCP Luton I didn’t know what to expect, although I work in mental health ,rehab/detox was a foreign language to me , for years I had convinced myself I didn’t have a problem, that I was not an alcoholic, I just like my drink … what’s wrong with that ?? My insane brain would tell me . My physical health went down the drain to the point where I needed to be monitored 24/7 , I fell into a depression that left me with feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, anxiety and despair. I gave up if I am honest I couldn’t see a light or even a possibility of me overcoming this . My first call came from Andy , his first question was do you want the truth or are you looking for a soft glove to help you justify your drinking . I remember thinking he’s tough and strict but today I sit here and thank my higher power he led me to Andy , to PCP and that my response was “Andy tell me the truth.” When I got here I was shocked the negative thoughts I had built up in my head where completely false , I was welcomed with open arms , with love and support, I will give it a chance I thought and I am glad I did . The workshops are life changing, I saw myself for who I was , the real me that was not sugarcoated , Andy made me see the harm and pain I was causing not only to myself but my family and the people around me by feeding my addiction. It was as if looking into a mirror and seeing your true self for the first time , The team there is incredible, They opened my eyes , a spiritual awakening has profoundly altered my reaction to life , I can’t praise them enough. So to the addict who still suffers , there is hope for recovery and PCP is for you , a path to a better life , a way out . Andy , Chris , Rob, Evan , everyone working at PCP providing service that saves lives , that renews lives and my peers who were my inspiration through their own lives , I will forever be grateful 🙏 ❤️1

Well I don’t think you could of picked a better rehab it’s a wonderful place and has help me save my life. All I can say if thank you to Andy and Chris for their counselling is perfect to their workshops and their support they are always there if you need a chat or help with anything. What they have done with my family they have brought us back together through meetings and made me ready for the outside world I couldn’t be more grateful. I would also like to say a thank you to the support staff and the night staff they are always there to help with your needs. I would highly recommend PCP to anyone that needs help I’m sure they will work their magic. Thank you
