Justin Crill
Justin brings a unique combination of lived experience, therapeutic training, and leadership to his role at PCP Cardiff. Having recently completed his Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CBT), he possesses extensive knowledge of the 12-Step recovery programme and is also a qualified SMART Recovery Facilitator. His approach integrates structured 12‑Step principles with evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s recovery journey.

Since 2024, Justin has supported ex-offenders—many with addiction issues—to rebuild their lives, using motivational interviewing, care planning, and crisis intervention. He is deeply committed to providing accessible, person-centred support, reflecting PCP’s mission to offer high-quality treatment at a competitive cost.

Before entering the substance misuse field, Justin held senior leadership roles in education, ultimately becoming a headteacher. This background equips him well for PCP’s group-based, structured therapeutic model—bringing a calm presence and professional accountability to his work.
