Deborah -Jane Griffiths known as Deb’s, sits on the senior management team and is our Quality Assurance Lead for the company, where she strives to achieve best practice for the organisation, she is also currently the Registered Manger for our Cardiff branch, and has created an ambiance, that is often rivalled. Her career started as nursing auxiliary, and she went on to work in all departments and wards including theatre and A+E, before going on to specialise in acute psychiatric care. The value she brings to the company is a wealth of knowledge and experience both from life and her career, she has the skill set to manage in her own unique style as she worked for many years, in many aspects of health care, and forensic mental health.
Qualifications
Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care. (City + Guilds)
Diploma in Counselling (Oxford College)
Diploma in children with behavioural issues (Open University)
IOSH Health and Safety Managing Safely (Institute of Safety and Management)
Deborah is registered with two bodies Hospital Inspectorate Wales and Social Care Wales.
Deb’s passion is music, she can be heard singing at every opportunity, she also writes poetry some of which has been published.
She has 2 furry best friends in her life Essie and Lola Cat, oh and a family!
